Fees
Please schedule your transport as soon as possible for best availability.
LATE SHOWS:
We understand that sometimes your appointment gets delayed or there is an emergency and you are late for your scheduled pickup. Our drivers will wait 15 minutes for you. If your appointment lasts over 30 minutes, we’ll still pick you up but we request that you give us a call so we can send our next available driver to pick you up.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 40% cancellation fee. At Transport-U, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a fair cancellation policy for all our valued customers, we have implemented a 40% cancellation fee for all cancellations and no-shows. This fee aims to cover any costs we may incur due to the cancellation. We encourage our customers to inform us as soon as possible if they need to cancel their booking to minimize any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of Transport-U.
* SURCHARGE RATES:
For trips with pick-up addresses over 10 miles from Chesterfield, MO surcharge rates may apply. Additional passenger rate $10.00 per person.
